A Message from the CEO |

Children grow up so fast. When ours were little, my wife and I would sometimes say to each other, “This is a big job and we have it for at least 18 more years!” The years sped by and before we knew it, we were watching our children face adulthood with confidence and anticipation. Children whose families come to Hope Ministries’ Hope Family Center grow up fast, too. By the time they are 5 years old, many have already witnessed drug use, abuse, neglect and constant relocation. They don’t like to think about the future, because it seems devoid of hope. It is our responsibility, once these children and their mothers are safely within our doors, to provide them with everything from toothbrushes to encouraging words of healing and hope. At Hope Ministries, we relish this task because we love children. We want them to develop hopes and dreams that help them anticipate the future rather than fear it. We’ve been providing safe harbor to children and their mothers for more than two years now! You have stood with us from the beginning, praying for us and giving sacrificially. Thank you so much for continuing to pray and give as God leads so we can offer homeless children a chance just to be kids with bright futures ahead.
