A Message from the CEO

Dear Friends,

The thirsty, hungry, sick, naked, imprisoned strangers of Matthew 25 are people our staff at Hope Ministries know well. We meet them at the door of our Bethel Mission emergency shelter every night. We reach out our arms to homeless or displaced mothers and their children every day at our Hope Family Center.

Today, sickness may be physical exhaustion, injury or mental illness. Imprisonment may be jail or the captivity of addiction. Jesus says care for them, visit them. Our homeless guests are hungry and thirsty for spiritual and physical nourishment. Jesus says feed them, give them something to drink.

With your support, Hope Ministries answers Christ's call to minister to "the least of these" 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Thank you for making it possible! God bless you with His love and with greater opportunities for service in 2009.

With Gratitude,

Leon Negen
President/CEO
