A Message from the CEO

Dear Friends,

Those who come to Hope Ministries’ Bethel Mission, Door of Faith and Hope Family Center have many issues to overcome: homelessness, addiction, lack of education, debt and mental health or learning disabilities. Each of these challenges impacts their ability to make lasting changes in their lives.

As big as these issues are in themselves, however, the men, women and children cannot succeed without first embracing a willingness to change and to be responsible for their own actions.

Since 1915, Hope Ministries has been a beacon of hope and light for these struggling individuals—a respite from life’s storms and an anchor to hold them on a steady course. Our case managers, staff and volunteers go to great lengths to help men and women who are angry at themselves and the world overcome their animosity, be accountable for their behaviors and take positive steps toward their futures.

Together, through your generosity and God’s power, we’ll continue to weather these uncertain economic times and remain a guiding light to a new life in Christ. Thank you for your belief in our mission and steadfast support of our work.

In His Service,

Leon Negen
President/CEO
