Hope's Signature Events

In addition to our day-to-day activities, these four events highlight our calendar each year at Hope Ministries:

• Hearts for Hope Women's Tea
...our annual fund-raiser for Hope Family Center, our long-term residential and life-recovery program for homeless mothers and their children



• Wake Up Call Youth Event
...our event for church youth groups (grades 5-12), including a special speaker, music and more.



• Big Diff Day
...a chance for Hope Ministries volunteers to make a big difference here in our community as part of National Make a Difference Day.



• Scan Away Hunger
...our special Christmastime effort to fight hunger and homelessness in Central Iowa through partnerships with Hy-Vee and KCCI Channel 8 in Des Moines.
