Position Title:
Bethel Mission Kitchen Assistant
Facility/Location: Bethel Mission
Relates closely with: Manager of Food Services, Bethel Mission residents, Other kitchen volunteers.
Purpose:
To assist the Food Manager in duties he/she assigns.
Duties:
• Assist in food preparation.
• Help organize kitchen and pantry areas.
• General cleaning.
• Sorting and counting inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.
Time Commitment:
Once a month or once a week – 2-3 hours as available
Qualifications:
• Be in agreement with Hope Ministries’ Mission, Statement of Faith, Core Values and Purpose
• Comfortable in praying with others
• A servant heart

• Tour of Hope Ministries facilities
• Background check
• Schedule a VIP orientation
• Obtain references
• Schedule an on-site facility orientation
