Track 1: Individual VIP Volunteer
Hope Ministries' VIP volunteers are very special to us. These volunteers are committed to serving on a regular basis, having been equipped for ministry through our volunteer orientation process. VIP volunteers work at all Hope Ministries facilities in just about every capacity you can think of!
VIP stands for Volunteer Impact Program. These volunteers make an impact in so many ways, touching the lives of the men, women and children served by Hope Ministries as well as the Hope Ministries staff! Our VIP volunteers are considered part of our ministry team. Once they have completed their orientation process—which includes an application, tour of our facilities and training with our volunteer coordinator and staff leader—they receive a "letter of call" which serves as a formal invitation to join our volunteer ministry team.
The steps to becoming a VIP volunteer are simple:
1) Review our list of volunteer opportunities
2) Fill out a VIP Volunteer Application
3) Our Volunteer Coordinator or a community relations staff member will contact you to discuss your interest in volunteering.
4) Listed below are a number of ways volunteers can give of their time and talents. Volunteer positions are divided into subgroups and each item links to either a position description or to a new web page with information about that particular opportunity. We invite you to read through the following list and if you are interested in becoming a VIP volunteer, please fill out the VIP Volunteer Application
