Volunteering
We pray that you had a blessed holiday season! We were very blessed by a wonderful Christmas day of outreach here at Hope Ministries. We continue to receive wonderful notes and calls of gratitude from those that we served on Christmas Day and throughout the month of December.

We are so pleased by the interest of our community to reach out and help us help others through serving the homeless and hungry through Hope Ministries! Over the past five to seven years we have experienced a considerable increase in volunteer involvement from the community and a lot of interest in our ministry to the homeless.
For this reason, we are currently in the process of a comprehensive evaluation of our entire volunteer program and processes. If you are new to Hope Ministries and are not a current VIP volunteer and are interested in attending one of our introduction presentations for our revised and expanded volunteer program please complete the volunteer event RSVP form with your contact information and requested R.S.V.P. date.

In the meantime, we do have other needs during the next few months. We invite you to volunteer to become involved in one of the ways listed below:
1. Partner by volunteering to bring a casserole and/or a dessert or sandwiches one time or on a regular basis to supplement our ongoing meal programming at our Hope Café located at our Bethel Mission facility.
2. Schedule to participate in one of our Service and Mission (SAM) Teams on a Saturday. This would be a 4-6 hour time commitment that involves a combination of education and awareness about homelessness, facility tour, hands on serving and a group work project. You would be participating with others from the community who signed up for SAM team that day. Click here for a sample of what some SAM activities may include.
3. Consider a financial contribution to help us serve the homeless. To make your gift now please click here.
