Position Title:
Birthday Party Planners/Sponsors

Facility/Location: Hope Family Center

Relates closely with: Volunteer Coordinator, Hope Family Center Volunteer Coordinator, Children's Ministry Coordinator, Director of Family Ministries, Residents, other Hope Family Center staff

Purpose: As a Birthday Party Sponsor you can help provide a safe, fun celebration and bless the families at Hope Family Center. A birthday party is a great opportunity to show a child that they are valued and loved.

Duties:
• Prepare on-site games or activities
• Decorate children’s activity room in party theme
• Provide snacks for all children involved
• Provide for child supervision and group participation from your church or organization

Time Commitment:
1.5 hours one time or once monthly as needed

Qualifications:
• Be in agreement with Hope Ministries’ Mission, Statement of Faith, Core Values and Purpose
• Comfortable with praying alongside others
• A servant heart
