Position Title:
Morning Devotions Leader

Facility/Location: Door of Faith

Relates closely with:
• Door of Faith staff
• Door of Faith residents
• Director of Men’s Ministry
• Volunteer Coordinator

Purpose: Hope Ministries offers more than clothing and shelter to people in need; it offers long-term, Christ-based recovery for men (and women, see Hope Family Center for more info). Devotions are important to spiritual growth for healing hearts. The role of the devotions leader will be to plan, lead, and conduct morning devotions for residents at the Door of Faith.

Duties:
• Lead and direct devotions with residents
• Be willing to listen and pray with any one before or after the service

Time Commitment:
One morning a week, you will choose one day and time per week according to your schedule. A 6 month commitment is preferred

Qualifications:
• Be in agreement with Hope Ministries’ Mission, Statement of Faith, Core Values and Purpose
• Comfortable with praying alongside others
• A servant heart

• Schedule a VIP Orientation
• Schedule an on-site facility orientation
