We’re excited to invite you to our first Christmas Open House at our Hope Ministries Center for Women and Children (3800 E. Douglas Avenue in Des Moines) on Sunday, December 14 from 1 to 4 p.m.

Our Hope Center has been open for one year and we’re excited to welcome you inside our doors! This festive event will be a wonderful opportunity to see the impact you’re making on homeless and hurting women and moms with kids, plus get a glimpse at how we’re celebrating the season with our residents.

The open house will include:

—A live Nativity featuring our Hope Center children
—Christmas artwork by our residents in the art therapy room
—Festive photo booth
—A family-friendly activity
—Christmas treats made by our Hope Center residents

ALSO: If you’d like to help both little and big hands stay warm this winter, you’re welcome to bring a donation of gloves. Any size or style is more than welcome (and totally optional)!

This is a come-and-go event for all ages. No RSVP required. We hope to see you there!
