03 Aug Meet the Mission. Meat the Need.

Join us for Meet the Mission, Meat the Need on Saturday, September 16, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. This family-friendly event is a great way to teach your kids about homelessness in a safe, fun, and constructive environment.

What to expect:

• Assemble a hygiene kit with a note of encouragement
• Tour Bethel Mission… complete with a scavenger hunt!
• Enjoy a free lunch at our Hope Café (from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.)

As a part of our event, we ask that you help us “meat” a big food need in our kitchen by bringing your generous donation of ground beef, pork, chicken or turkey. As you can imagine, serving hundreds of free meals each day is an ongoing–and increasing–need.

So please mark your calendars and plan to join us.
