Inviting Your Guests
1. Extend the invite!
As a table host, you have the opportunity to fill a table of ten! We’re happy to provide invitations you may send to your potential guests:
-If you’d like to send an email invitation, please feel free to use this PDF invite.
-If you prefer to mail your invitations, please contact Leticia Wuertzer by email or by calling (515) 265-7272 and we’ll mail a packet of ten invitations to you.
2. Finalize your guest list.
Please be sure to find out whether any of your guests need a vegetarian or gluten-free meal.
3. Send your guest list to Leticia Wuertzer by Monday, March 2.
Please include guest names (first and last) and meal requests. You can email your list to Leticia at Lwuertzer@hopeiowa.org or simply hit the button below to submit your list online.
