28 Feb Easter Volunteer Registration Is Open Now!

It’s that time again! We’re currently prepping for our Easter Saturday Meal Outreach and we need your help . . .

We’ll be assembling and delivering Easter meals around the Des Moines area on Saturday, April 8. And we’ll need about 100 volunteers to make it happen. Click here to check out all the available roles, time commitments and other details. In a nutshell, we’re looking for people to:

  • Volunteer Onsite (9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.): Help us assemble, pack and serve Easter meals. Onsite volunteers must be 13 or older.
  • Serve as a Meal Delivery Driver Team (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.): Deliver meals around the Des Moines area. This is a great opportunity for families with young children! You’ll need a vehicle large enough to hold 15-20 paper sacks.
