Nick’s Story
We’re thrilled to share Nick’s powerful story with you. At only 14 years old, Nick lost his mom to HIV. That tragedy sent him into a downward spiral that included dropping out of school in ninth grade and a drug addiction that would last two decades, leading to years of homelessness. Until finally, he reached out for help…and a miracle of life transformation began.
One Minute with Hope – Robert’s Story
After serving in the military, Robert felt rootless and disoriented when he turned to the United States. He connected with people who led him on a road of wrong choices, including a drug addiction that stuck with him for far too long. But after years of drug abuse, health problems and prison, today’s he’s living a new life. Through our men’s life recovery program, he has found the friendship, healing and strength he needs to make the right choices.
