Thanksgiving 2023 Meal Sign-Up

Hope Ministries will be delivering free turkey dinners around the Des Moines area on Thanksgiving Day—Thursday, November 23! Meals will be delivered between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

To reserve your meal(s), please fill out the form below. You can also call (515) 265-4277, ext. 1099, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The deadline to order meals is Wednesday, November 15, 4 p.m.—unless we reach our capacity earlier than that. We often reach our capacity prior to the deadline, so please order your meal(s) ASAP.

We’re also serving a free Thanksgiving dinner at our Hope Cafe (1310 6th Avenue in Des Moines) from noon to 1 p.m. on Thanksgiving. All are welcome!
