At Hope Center for Women and Children, we provide safe, comfortable housing in a homey atmosphere. Our life recovery program is meant to meet the spiritual, physical and emotional needs of single women and moms with children who are facing homelessness, hunger, abuse, addiction and other struggles. Most importantly, we provide unconditional love and Christian community.
You can help offer healing and hope by participating in our Adopt-a-Room program. Here’s how it works:
1. You or your group can make a financial donation and “adopt” a specific room at Hope Center for one year. Below are pictures of available rooms and financial support levels.
2. You may pay for the full year at once or through monthly giving. If you’re interested in adopting a room, please contact Fred Hollister at (515) 265-7272, ext. 1003, or fhollister@hopeiowa.org.
3. A plaque with your name will be posted outside the door to the room you’ve adopted. Or, if you prefer to remain anonymous, we’ll hang a plaque with a favorite Bible verse of your choosing. We welcome you to schedule a time to visit Hope Center to see the room you’ve adopted and learn more about how you are making a difference in the lives of the women and children who live with us.
