Food — which we use to serve three free meals every day of the year.
Dairy Donors: We’re looking for families and small groups who will commit to purchasing a donation of specific dairy items and deliver to our Hope Center for Women and Children and or our Door of Faith. The list of items are about $65-70 worth of perishable items delivered once a month. Contact Leslie Green at lgreen@hopeiowa.org.
Personal items — like disposable razors, deodorant, new underwear, new socks, shampoo, etc., which help homeless men and women directly.
Clothing — which we can accept at our Hope Ministries Thrift locations, Bethel Mission men’s emergency shelter and Door of Faith men’s long-term recovery center. Clothing is sold in our thrift stores, provided to our shelter guests and life recovery residents, and given away free through our King’s Closet program.
Household Items — which are accepted at Hope Ministries Thrift. Proceeds from the sale of these items go right into supporting our programs and services.
Our Current Ministry Supplies Needs page shares the specific items we need most at this time.
