Life Recovery Programs

Free, long-term residential programs for men, women, and mothers with children.

Our Life Recovery programs are designed for those ready to move beyond emergency shelter and build a new foundation for life.

Through structured daily schedules, personalized case management, and care that addresses the whole person — physical, emotional, and spiritual — residents work to overcome the root causes of homelessness, poverty, addiction, and other life struggles. The aim is lasting stability, sobriety, and a clear sense of purpose.

6 Areas of Emphasis

Spiritual Life

Chapel services, devotions, and Bible studies that point residents to Jesus Christ as the source of lasting change. While residents aren’t required to share our faith, they will hear about Him during their time here.

Recovery

Counseling, classes, and support groups for those overcoming drug or alcohol addiction, pornography, gambling, and other destructive patterns — as well as healing from the effects of chronic poverty or abuse.

Work Training

On-site work assignments, job readiness classes, and other opportunities to prepare for stable employment — along with chances to give back through community service.

Life Skills

Classes in financial management, parenting, computer basics, healthy boundaries, conflict resolution, anger management, and other skills for everyday life.

Education

Support for earning a high school equivalency diploma or pursuing college or vocational training, with guidance from staff and volunteers each step of the way.

Health & Wellness

Nutrition guidance and healthy living education, fitness opportunities and wellness classes through partner organizations, and help accessing medical care when needed.
