Shane joined Hope Ministries in May 2026 and serves as our Chief Operating Officer. He currently leads the areas of facilities, human resources and information technology for Hope Ministries.
Shane has a B.A and M.A from Liberty University. Before joining Hope Ministries, he worked in pastoral ministry, law enforcement and EMS. Shane has a leadership background in human resource and veteran’s benefits. He’s excited to bring his love of God and passion for people to Hope Ministries.
After serving in the United States Marine Corps, Shane married his wife, Elizabeth. They have two children and five grandchildren. He has served as the pastor of Harvest of Hope Community Church in Osceola for the past 22 years.
